The following assessments are available:

Complete mental, psychological, and societal assessments used for court decisions to determine need for counseling as an option to incarceration, or to satisfy probation requirements. (Please call for costs).

MMPI-2R
This newly revised assessment is widely used to determine mental health issues and be tailored to the individual. There are profiles that ascertain anger levels, drug and alcohol abuse, and even family satisfaction. Cost ranges from $300 to $500, depending on the number of subtests needed.

SCL-90-R:
This assessment provides levels of emotional/ mental percentiles based on variance from societal norms. Cost $110.00.

Adult General Symptom checklist:
This assessment is used to determine mental health diagnoses. This is helpful for medication management, and counseling concerns, such as treatment planning. Cost is $90.00.

Adult Attention Deficit Disorders:
This assessment is used to ascertain ADD/ADHD. This allows the therapist to plan treatment and to give the appropriate referrals for medication,( if medication has been chosen as an option). Cost is 75.00.

Please note that the costs for assessments do not include fees for face to face sessions with clients, nor do they include the preparation and delivery to doctors, attorneys, or other counselors/therapists.
